Domino's Pizza

Horrible, just horrible. Placed an order for delivery and the experience was just awful. Firstly, the driver took forever to get to my address. Then, when he finally called, it was to say he couldn’t it. Funny enough, according to him, he was standing by the building directly beside mine, but couldn’t find my address, so he was leaving. I hung up and called the store and spoke to someone who was very dismissive and even hung up on me. Miraculously, 10 minutes later, the deliveryperson rang my doorbell (I guess he finally figured it out). I took the food from him, but couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I just kept wondering if he did something to it, so I threw it all away. Never again!

Have ordered from this, Dominos many times, but don’t think I can do it anymore. I’ve never gotten my order at a reasonable time it’s always an hour plus from when I order, and that be understandable if I didn’t live less then 20 minutes away from store. I also called up the store to ask them to stop leaving my pizzas on the floor outside my apartment but was ignored. It’s unfortunate because I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for awhile, but I see now I just can’t order from this store.

Don’t buy from this store. The service is terrible. About a week ago, I went there to buy a pizza. I saw an employee, whose name I think was “Cavit” (I’m not sure because that’s just the name I heard), touch his private area and then spit on a pizza. Because of what I witnessed, I would not recommend this place. I don’t think it’s a safe place to buy food for children, and in my experience the customer service is very poor.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I will never buy from this store again. The employees treat customers badly—I saw it with my own eyes. Yesterday I ordered a pizza for delivery, and according to what is shown in the video I have, the delivery driver spit on the pizza before delivering it. That’s why I’m sharing my experience so other people can be informed.

I ordered pizza, boneless wings and hot wings. I waited about 1 hour for the delivery. When I opened the box my mouth literally dropped because the chicken was NOT cooked. It was practically raw with sauce. I called and they said they were so busy but how can you not cook the chicken properly after I waited for 1 hour. The customer service is horrible and someone needs to come investigate.
